Privacy
Concept requests
We use your business name, contact email, brief, links and reference files to respond to your request. Please do not send secrets, customer records or sensitive information. Requests are stored in a private database with no public request or file viewer.
The intended retention period is 30 days. A keyed digest of your email enforces submission limits; it is not a visitor tracker. This form does not store IP addresses or browser fingerprints in request records.
Protection and hosting
Cloudflare hosts the site and database. When the public form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions to limit abuse and may process technical browser information. Submission success means the request was saved; it does not mean an email was delivered.
Interaction events
A touchpoint can record accepted credential access, hosted experience views and outbound navigation. Those events do not establish physical presence, unique visitor identity or completion elsewhere. Marketing pages use static illustrative examples and do not query customer data.
Website and browser
Marketing pages can be read without analytics cookies or a stored visitor identity. We do not create browser fingerprints or an identity shared across touchpoints. The form uses Turnstile verification when enabled.
Operational records
QATAP diagnostics contain bounded request, service-version and failure-stage information. Cloudflare operational telemetry may include request URLs and the public routing identifier in a path. That identifier is not authentication or proof of physical presence. Cloudflare administration and Access records are separate from QATAP analytics.
When the retention task is enabled, requests are removed from the active database after the stated period. Hosting-provider recovery copies may remain during their separate recovery window. Private exports must also follow the retention period.
